Quality components. Heavy duty. Well assembled at the factory. Assists keeping pack straps in position. Decent turnaround time (I opted for factory installation, therefore returned the pack to Frost River).

Sternum Strap Assembly

I recently bought the Frost River Summit Expedition Pack and wanted a Sternum Strap added on too it. I paid the extra money to have Frost River install it for me it was well worth it! They put it at the perfect spot on the straps for me! They also did a seamless job installing it. All 3 rivets hold it very secure and the brass parts look and feel great! The leather strap itself is super thick and secure! I would highly recommend getting one for your pack and have Frost River install it for you!
