Bleeds

One of my favorite brands but very disappointed with this purchase. I tried it on the water line, as a blended shadow and above my eyelashes. With and without mascara. It runs and has to be wiped away throughout the day as it bleeds. Tried other clean eyeliners and the degree of bleeding has not been this bad.
