Updating my review

After leaving a one star review because I was only able to wear my shorts for one exercise and hand wash them once without drying, and there appeared to be a hole in the back of the shorts. It was pretty upset because the shorts weren’t exactly inexpensive. I reached out to customer service and left a review and an honest one at that. Catherine reached out within two business days, and I had a new pair on the way quickly. I appreciate the good customer service, the swift response back and my replacement item is exactly as ordered. I like the color, the size is true to size, and the quality of the shorts matches the price tag, mistakes happen and I am happy to leave a good review after getting a replacement item. I am glad that this company takes customer service seriously and I appreciate their kindness and timelines.

Poor quality

I received these on 07/16 I wore them once and hand washed them and they have a hole in them. I attempted to reach out for replacement or refund and have not yet heard back. I am hoping I can get a replacement and can write a better review

My girlfriend likes the material, says they are comfy
