first, costumer service is awesome, they answer all my questions immidiately and all the info they gave me helped a lot. about the head unit, it arrive earlier than i expected, good packageing and the unit looks awesome, all the features that ive been looking for a head unit is in there, easy install and it doesnt look aftermarket at all, its like it came from factory,, although i have problem with the reverse camera with my stock one, cause i gave them a wrong info about the year model so they send me the wrong harness, my bad, but they still fix the issue and send me the correct harness, i didnt expect them to do that for free because as ive mentioned its my fault..so i can say that thier costumer service is freaking good, i showed the unit with my friends and now they are planning to buy one, i really reccomend this, as ive seen a lot of aftermarket and most of them has problem, like the unit is lagging, not that responsive, not easy to install and you have to make modification to do it, the apps cant be update, the build quality is bad and some are that they easy to break.. but this one is perfect, for the price, its really worth it..
