Before using in your instrument case, you must insert Boveda into a Boveda Holder. The patented design lets water vapor pass through to your instrument while acting as a liquid barrier if a packet is accidentally punctured. Choose from three (3) sizes based on your instrument.

Work as described and packs fit snugly. I am very pleased with Boveda products.

Not Quite

I like these packs as I live in Scottsdale Arizona where it is hot and dry. I own six expensive acoustic guitars and a couple of Telecasters. The Boveda packs keep my guitars at about 38% humidity but never in the mid to high forties. The packs fit will with the holders. I use four packs per guitar.
