Game changer!

Bagpipe chanter is always ready, much less "warm-up" time (in fact re-moisturize time), tune-up is significantly quicker. If you are not able to play every day (as is my case, and likely so many other pipers), this is the best way to preserve the reed in optimal/ever-ready conditions (along with Jori Chisholm's Tone Protector).
