Blissy Classic Robe Set - Marilyn Monroe™

Beautiful robe, lovely silk, however, it’s just too short, so I had to return it. The length was more like a smoking jacket. The sleep mask was only ok. I would have liked it if it was contoured, as some other Blissy sleep masks are. Blissy doesn’t make returns easy. I ended up paying $25 in postage. I’ve bought many pillowcases from Blissy, but haven’t ever made any returns. Needless to say, I won’t be ordering again from Blissy. Quality silk robes, pillowcases and sleep masks can be found elsewhere without issues or high costs of returns. I particularly like Petite Plume, beautiful quality sleepwear and GREAT customer service, free shipping and returns.

Soft and full of sheen! This robe is very classy and feminine. Purchased for myself and then purchased one for a gift. It’s a MUST HAVE!

There is no product meaning that USPS left it with an Unauthorized individual and my package is gone. So now they don’t want to give me a refund and this was my birthday gift to myself this is horrible customer service!!! What happens to customer satisfaction guarantee?? This is so upset setting!
