Great quality watch and fantastic customer service

The item was not as orange in tone as shown in the picture. I recognize the wood tones can differ, however, it then should be shown with different tones. In addition, when I called to request a price match, I was told that what I had seen on the website had to be proven by providing a screenshot of the sale price. Seeing as I'm paying over $400 for this watch and that I could provide exact details of the prior pricing, I would think as a business you would work with your customer to honor the price they quoted that was listed previously. I felt like they really didn't care for customer relations and only cared for profit. Everything was pleasantly communicated, however the message of the communication lacked customer care.
