Well I ordered 2 single vents and received to drain plugs I think you should educate your employees on the difference, I’m not having any luck with this company and I don’t believe I will be ordering from your company again my cooler sucks not well constructed I believe I will order from your competitors just because I have had good customer experience with them and I am satisfied with their cooler unlike yours
