I thought I liked the plant based sets. And then I tried these and they are way better even! The plant based ones are comfy but not stretchy. I tore through the crotch of 2 of them 2 days in a row (admittedly after about a year or so of use - about once a week). I shopped around trying to find a good option that still had the comfort and equally good style as mediclo but had no success (at least for my required color scheme). I decided to try the plastic based mediclo and have now found my new permanent set of scrubs moving forward. The only down side is there are no side pockets on the pants.
