Review of Penelope Chiffon Dress

The dress was gorgeous but it was too heavy. There was a lot of fabric on the bottom half that weighed the top of the dress down.

Pretty but too big on top

I really liked the dress, but the top was too big, even with the straps adjusted all the way.

Try on

I ordered 3 dresses 2 were same size same fabric. Yet one I could fit another half of person in with me and the other was snug. The 3rd one was same size and it fit but the top portion didn't fit my body.
