No actual customization

The dress itself is fine but it did not fit at all. You have to size up and accept the fact that you will be getting it tailored to actually fit.

The coverage was a little lower cut than I expected it to be. But it was a gorgeous dress it was just not for me. I am a size 36DD. The overall try-on process was fast and easy and so worth it as a dress does not look the same in pictures as it does when you have it on. I would say overall this dress fits true to the sizing guide published online

Very pretty, loose in the chest

I really like this dress! I didn't end up ordering it for the wedding because the chest was a bit loose, and the halter strap is pretty skinny and I think it'd get very uncomfortable after wearing it for awhile. To be fair, I tried on a 6 and ended up ordering a 4 in a different dress (I'm between sizes) and the 4 fit much better.
