Custom Varsity Jacket

Just Being honest about my experience

So I ordered 2 Varsity jackets, 1 customized, the other not customized, just a blank jacket. I Will begin with the Customized jacket. The EMBROIDERY was great! I was contacted by them in advance regarding the design and sent a image showing the finished product. The jacket looked great in person as well. The Faux leather sleeves were pretty decent looking too. Now for the 2nd Blank Jacket, the quality was solid, sleeves are real leather too! Now the PROBLEM..............THE JACKETS ARE TOO SMALL. I want to return the 2nd non Customized jacket and contacted Custom Letterman to do so. I WILL HAVE TO PAY RETURN SHIPPING, about $30.00. Custom Letterman is supposed to have sent me an email with return instrictions I have yet to get. I contacted them a 2nd time via "WHATS AP" they said they would resend it and I still do not have that message as of this review. I feel this is the typical foreign, "WE DID OUR JOB, WE HAVE YOUR MONEY, YOUR SATISFACTION IS REALLY NOT IMPORTANT TO US TYPE OF COMPANY". They know their products are not True to Size, yet they do not suggest sizing up so this issue is not a problem for their customers. We expect a Large to be a Large, an X-Large to be an X-Large, and so on. We are paying our hard earned money for your products and complete satisfaction should be the end result every time.

I did the design on a whim, with little to no computer skills and low expectations. The outcome and final product was perfect! I would order more if the price was more competitive, other then price it’s a great service with great results. Highly recommend!

Great jacket wish there was a tall option
