I ordered a set of isopods as a bereavement gift for a very good friend of mine. I noticed after a few days that it hadn't shipped yet so I sent a quick email to ask about the holdup only to find out they had just welcomes a child! Obviously this is an acceptable reason for the delay so I was appeased. A few days later I received the isopods in the mail and it didn't take me long to realize that they had shipped them to me overnight which I did not pay for. There was no need for them to go this extra mile yet they did. I am unbelievably pleased with this business. Worth every penny for the customer service alone!!!!
