Good product but what stands out is the customer service? I absolutely love the knives, but I think I like the customer service better.

Amazing knives and even better customer support
These knives are SHARP! One of the best investments I have made in my kitchen. Cutting large pieces of meat is now such an easy task. I damaged one of my knives (my fault) and contacted customer support to see how I can get it repaired. Jason, the owner, contacted me personally and took care of me. Who does that any more?! I can't say enough good things about this product.

8” cleaver
The 8” cleaver works great for chopping vegetables just be careful where you place your fingers as this knife is very sharp. Maybe Dad’s that cook should sell an onion glove
