Never received

Still waiting on order placed 7 Jan. Was told by customer service it left Los Angeles, CA on 12 Jan (interesting since I didn’t pay for tracking). Today is 28 Jan and still nothing but was told to wait until Wednesday (31 Jan) before contacting them again and THEN they’ll either send a new order or issue a refund. Not impressed.
