Customer support was great

My bag was running behind schedule and was going to take a couple of weeks to make and ship to me. Frost River proactively reached out to let me know and asked what they could do to make it right. I said things happen , no big deal, quality gear takes time and I’ll get it when it’s ready. They took off the shipping charges just because and I got my laurentian bag a few days later and I love it. Great company and excellent quality bag. I’ll be buying more of their products this year. It really is that good.

Laurentian Luggage Large

Fantastic duffel bag. It is extremely well made and has compartments for everything I need while traveling, making it easy to keep everything organized and separate. This is replacing another company’s waxed-canvas duffel whose name starts with a K and is also a type of bear. Unfortunately, that duffel fell apart after only a couple of years of light use. Just by holding this one, I can already tell it is head and shoulders above the other bag in terms of quality. Obviously, time will tell, but I am extremely happy with my purchase.

Laurentian Carry On

Excellent quality, really like the zippers and the added leather shoulder strap. Was less than happy having this beautiful piece folded up tightly and stuffed into a plastic flat pack shipping bag resulting in multiple crease lines all over the bag. I’ve used a hair dryer to get them out, but my overall happiness with the bag was diminished by its condition upon arrival.
