Freeze Dried Mirepoix

I use this all the time, soups casseroles you name it.

I truly love the mirepoix. I have used one of my packets or part of it. It is so excellent in soups in sauces or to fancy up some Ramen gives a really great flavor and I’d like that I don’t have any waste of produce. well, I still keep some onions in the house. I don’t need to get carrots or celery now because of this mix it really is very good even though I’m making soup. I tend to rehydrate in a glass of cold water for a few minutes first I think this makes a taste better
