Less desirable handle..

Bearded head & sheath ..👍🏼 I didn’t care for style & finish of handle .. I’m re-hanging it with 13” Carving Handle from well none 🪓 mfg. NedFoss forging of Bearded head very nice..!

I like the the little axe and sheath. Edge on the axe is a bit on the dull side and the handle is all ready loose after some light shaving of mulberry bark. All in all. For the price I paid. t think it will make a good little pack axe after some tinkering.

Great delivery time. I tested the axe on a couple pieces of already split ash to make kindling. Split nicely, but I'll put a rub on it to make it shave better.
