My umbrella broke before I could use it

I was so excited to use my umbrella for my daughter’s soccer game and at the field I opened up my umbrella and a gust of wind blew it while I was doing this and it made my umbrella kind of deformed and when I put it back it looked like a little screw was missing. So I can’t use my umbrella and I’ve had it less than 2wks.
