Pure Bed Frame with Headboard

One bolt hole isn't pre-screwed all the way through, so the screw won't go all the way through, meaning it sticks out, waiting to get snagged. Reached out to customer service and they can't send just the one part. They offered a small partial refund or an entire new frame. I was able to negotiate a higher refund amount, but the screw still sticks out.

I love the looks of the bed. Assembling the bed frame is not straight forward. The one-line video doesn't match the pieces. There is an extra "T" piece to support the slats. I couldn't figure it out and left the piece out. I would have given 5 stars except for this glitch.
