Bad description

I bought a locker name magnet and chose the American flag as the two icons I wanted—one before my name and one after it. Unfortunately, the image I received looks more like an Army flag. While I’m sure that wasn’t the intention, I didn’t have the honor of serving, so it makes me uncomfortable because it can come across as stolen valor. I shared this concern with the identiFire team member who contacted me, and they explained that the icon/image will look like that when printed and that there wasn’t anything they could do to change it. I appreciate the response, but I’m still disappointed, because there wasn’t any notice during the ordering or customization process that the printed icon could look different from what’s shown online. That mismatch is the main reason for my low rating.
