Great Chai

I make fresh chai every morning. I love many Madura teas. I also love buying in bulk to save money by ordering directly from them. Been buying for 20 years It is good to see many of their products in regular supermarkets these days but I prefer to buy from the company directly.

The best start to every day!

The best start to my day begins with a Chai brewed the old fashioned way. A heaped teaspoon of 7 Spice loose leaf, 1/2 cup of milk, 1/2 cup of hot water and a teaspoon of honey in a saucepan brought slowly up to drinking temp and strained into a large mug. It's a routine I've been using for years and look forward to it every single day.
