Really confused by other reviews

This is a great shirt, but I'm incredibly confused by the other reviews. This shirt doesn't run small. It runs big. This is the first XS shirt I've ever ordered that still feels a little too big. Just take a look at the size chart. This is a BIG shirt. Don't listen to the other reviews.
