Disappointed In Poor Communication

Before purchasing the VESA adapter, I wanted to make sure that the adapter would fit my monitor. I sent an email to the company providing the specification details for my Samsung monitor and they replied verifying the GJ0A0132-R@ adapter which I purchased. The adapter wasn't even close to fitting my Samsung monitor. Clearly the company did not do its due diligence, wasting hours of my time disassembling my dual 27" monitor set-up only to discover the adapters did not fit to then having to reassemble the legacy.
