The first tumbler I got had a faulty straw. I had to contact customer service, and Alex ,Customer Experience Specialist, was very helpful and within 4 days I had a new tumbler. The tumbler is great and totally leakproof.

Had for 1 Year - Here are my thoughts!

Wanted to share my pros and cons list after using this for about a year! I’ll start with cons because I like to get the bad outta the way: -Slight chipping of ceramic lining after prolonged use. I did wash mine in a dishwasher exclusively, so maybe handwashing this one would be best. -Air flow hole on side of lid will leak if you tilt it. Would prefer a different spot for it, although would it be truly leakproof if it were on top of the lid? - If you are like me and use your straw to break up ice in the water, sometimes the straw will detach from the lid. - No updated colors!! Was so looking forward to 2025 Halloween collection only to find out they didn’t come in this style. Alright, now the PROS: - Truly leakproof straw - NOTHING is coming out when tipped over. - Ceramic lining lasted for the majority of the year with dishwasher use. Zero metal flavor still to this day while using. - Ice stays unmelted for about 10-12 hours. I will say the OG Trek actually keeps ice longer (24+ hours), but it doesn’t have the no spill straw feature. - ADORABLE ghost design. - Easy to wash Overall, I give this about 3.5/5 stars. The main reason for the reduction in points was the ceramic chipping, air flow hole placement, and lack of new spooky (or any) designs since last year. I hope the reason for no new releases of the Trek Signature was to potentially correct some of these issues and they missed the deadline for fall collection drops? Or maybe there is still time - I hope!! Regardless, if there were new spooky designs, I would still buy it as the issues I listed aren’t complete deal breakers for me, but still wanted to provide a realistic rating from an unbiased perspective.
