Knockin Tail Lures Mystery Bag

I love the product, I'm not happy with how I got a special offer to add a package of lures that stated I would also get 2 free packs along with what was purchased I only received what I chose, it was a after I bought the first order of 2 mystery packs it gave me an offer that's why I bought the second item 4' chicken on a chain, I sent my information through their website and have not received any response, I plan on purchasing more as I don't have a screen shot of the offer, but I wouldn't have bought the third pack if I would have known it wasnt going to be fulfilled.
