Even as a black belt, Mr Glover showed some basic and advanced stuff that I hadn’t seen before. Not really for new practitioners. I would say this is best for blue and above, and combined with watching JD’s or GR’s Kimura videos as well.

Very Cool

A lot of kimura courses cover the same basic materials. This isn't a bad thing. The fundamentals are important. But Jeff Glover's course goes the extra distance to show us the potential of the kimura in less obvious ways. I really enjoyed watching this and I highly recommend it.
