This rub adds umami to almost any meat whether it is grilled, pan fried or roasted. I have also used it in soups and stews to add depth to the dish. The packaging is a bit of a fail, the pouches will not seal completely which lets the product go hard. I have found the same problem with every spice I purchased from this company.

Great for allergies

Our extended family has several allergies and when you have eggs and gluten it can be challenging. I am able to use this rub along with your Caesar salad recipe by substituting sour cream for the mayonnaise part and putting croutons on the side. Everyone gets to enjoy Caesar salad with creamy dressing !
