Ill start by saying the customer service is great! I think its been 13 or more years since I bought our last logo rug and your staff was able to hunt up our old order so we did not have to go through sending our logo in again. This logo rug is almost identical to the last rug we purchased more than 10 years ago. I was a tiny bit disappointed that the proof said if they included the TM symbol that it would be so small that it would be show up as a blur. Our old rug had the TM symbol on it and it was very clear. But after double checking with you all, I was assured it would not print properly, so I decided to drop the TM symbol, rather than it show up blurry. I did not understand why this time would be different since I was ordering the identical rug. The only other comment I will make is that even though I ordered the exact same size as before, this one is not as big as the previous rug. We could immediately tell the size difference as we placed it where the previous rug was because of the heavy pollen that had fallen. We could see the outline of the old rug and the new one did not fit the same. The rug is beautiful though and they sure last a long time!
