Wonderful customer experience

I purchased my first Atowak watch and I suspect it will not be my last one because they look terrific of course but also because I have had such a good experience with them as a customer. Despite that I only ordered one little piece from a far away country to their office in HK I needed their help and they certainly did provided it. I had a delivery issue that sadly resulted in the loss of the watch. The company were so understanding and after a couple of emails with reference details etc shared and they just sent me a replacement watch. No more hassles or emails...done! Watch has just arrived and it looks terrific. Just a nice fun design heavy piece that offers plenty for the money imho. Thanks Atowak and your team.
