Just What We Wanted

This rug was just as it appeared online and arrived in great condition, with no marks or smells. It lay flat nicely not too long after we rolled it out, and it seems to be high quality, natural material. This particular rug isn’t particularly thick or plush but we weren’t expecting it to be.

Loved the whole process

Ordering was easy. Guarantee of returning was beneficial when unsure about decor and colors. Returning of a few pieces was an easy process although I needed help with the boxes! And I just got my refund. Lots of clear communication too. Will buy again!
