We are loving our sauna and using it almost every day! We put it in our garage directly on the concrete and it's been perfect. The bottom bench is more of a step stool to get to the upper bench. Two people can fit on the top bench but it's more comfortable for one person if you want to stretch your legs. My husband assembled it on his own and we had an electrician add the specific outlet and wire the heater. It was an extra $500. I recommend upgrading to the better heater - it heats up in 20 minutes to about 160/180 degrees!
