Nice qaulity tshirt however i wouldnt wear it to the gym to workout its more of a rest day t shirt for me as it is not very breathable or sweat absorbing

Tees are a superb fit , thick well cut I now have 4 and will purchase more shorts with the liner are great too , need more matching colours though
