Faulty heat pads sadly

Really fast delivery from NFC as always. Unfortunately mine had defective heat pads, found out when out in -6 temperatures, was not good. Could be a one off but sadly have lost trust in the product & returned for a refund. Definitely does not get as warm as indicated on the label.

Neat tidy thin waistcoat and pleased to say that it may only have heating pads on the back I was warm all day with just a thin water proof jacket on. (Winter high winds weather) Pity it had no pockets ?

Excellent purchase

This was a Christmas present for my husband- had to exchange medium for large which was dealt very efficiently. He has only used it twice so far but loves it. Makes playing golf in the current weather more enjoyable. I may have to either borrow it or get one for myself!
