great skirt w/ one tiny flaw

so the cut of the skirt is very attractive and the pattern is adorable. There is not much of a waistband though, and the waist tends to roll over or roll under. I would have preferred a more elastic waist band, this one barely has anything but it is a really nice skirt and I like it. I have learned to buy my tennis skirts in small from tail, I am about 5’7” and 122 pounds and the small fits very nicely
