2014 Ram 2500 6.7L
After putting a few thousand miles on the kit, both with and without my trailer, I’ve tested it extensively on and off-road—from high-speed desert runs to slow, technical rock-crawling. I’m absolutely loving it. Pros: On-the-fly adjustability: It makes life so much easier. Customizable ride programs: Fine-tuning is a fantastic feature. Smooth ride quality: Works equally well on and off-road. Towing capability: No compromises, even with a trailer, thanks to the full-travel air bags. Cons: Price: At $12,796.50 for every option, it’s a serious investment. Radius arm tether design: Requires welding; I’d prefer a bolt-on option like Thuren's. Instructions: A few steps were confusing, though that could partly be due to lack of sleep. Shipping issue: Received the wrong sway bar and was missing radius arms, but after calling, replacements were sent next-day air, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my appointment with a shop and ended up installing the lift myself. Overall: Despite the challenges, I feel the time (16 hours in my driveway) and effort to install the kit myself were worth it. CJC and Carli were proactive in resolving my issues with no hassle, which I really respect. This is a top-quality product from a top-tier company, and I’m still very happy with my purchase. *One random issue I’ve experienced—but haven’t been able to duplicate—is the controller acting like it wasn’t connected, which prevented me from adjusting the ride settings. After restarting the truck, it worked fine again. Could be a weird glitch or a potential issue down the line—only time will tell.

Carli E-Venture 3.25 with R1 Coils- 2022 RAM CCSB 6.7
I ordered the Carli gamut from CJC for my RAM: E-Venture system, sway bar, diff guard, and lower steering stabilizer; plus a set of 17" Racelines to mount 37" Nitto Ridge Grapplers. Answers to my questions via email were quickly responded to. I placed my order on a Monday, and had a pallet delivered Wednesday. (I am in Southern CA.) The pallet was packed well, and arrived undamaged. All of the Carli parts were packaged in heavy duty/high quality boxes, bags, and foam. Instructions were detailed, and even though a few items were missing pages or instructions entirely, they were available on the Carli website. I contacted Carli with one technical installation question, and the rep there was super knowledgeable and professional. I opted to self install, and working on jack stands wasn't ideal, but doable. You will be drilling 1/2 and 3/4 inch holes in parts of the chassis, and need a right angle drill or adapter. Not ever needing a true right angle drill, I opted to try a Harbor Freight angle adapter for $20. It worked great for the rear track bar, front suspension drop brackets, and front bump stop mounts. I have only had the full setup installed for a week, and initial on road driving impressions are great over stock. Between the spring rates, sway bar, and tire sidewall/pressures, it feels super confident. Does it ride softer? Not particularly. Does it ride better? 100%. Freeway off ramps and winding back roads feel like I'm in my BMW X5. So far this system shines over drainage dips and speed bumps. In stock form, dips and bumps were jarring and very pronounced. Now I can clip them with little fan fare. I have yet to get off road. I will be towing my Weekend Warrior to Sand Hollow in Utah soon, which is about 450 miles for me. I have Liftmaster airbags for the tow, and will be removing them for Sand Hollow. I feel a Youtube review will follow once I have experienced the system in all of its elements. If you are on the fence, I'd say pull the trigger on this setup. It is spendy for sure, but the quality of parts and fit and finish are OE or better.
