Bad customer service

Did not understand the description because I’m a first time buyer and it came in a white not see through bag so I had to open it to see and realized it was something I did not want but now they won’t take it back and they said they would give me credit but want me to cut it in half which I have not idea how to do with out possibly hurting myself. So I’m just going to have to throw it away and eat the money I spent on it. It’s my fault though for not reading. The whole experience is embarrassing and I’ll never do that again! Hard lesson…. Hopefully this helps any new buyers! READ THE DESCRIPTION It would have been nice for the customer service to have some grace since I’m a first time buyer.
