We use liquid morning and evening vitamins and love both. I recently added in the vitamin d megadose as well. All the the vitamins we've ordered over the years taste great and make us feel good too. I've been using MaryRuth's for a couple of years and they have wonderful customer service. no complaints - 5 star products.

I have been taking the multivitamin morning strawberry flavor for a few weeks and am loving it. I feel more connected to my body and it has become a regular part of my morning routine. As someone who struggles with teeth sensitivity, it has been a great way to still get my vitamins in without hard to swallow pills/capsules or chewy gummies that get stuck in teeth. I highly recommend trying it out doing equal parts water and vitamins with a splash of lemon or lime juice!
