Unfortunately I chose the wrong size for my cartilage piercing but they could not have been anymore helpful! I requested a refund but they offered to let me keep them and give me store credit plus and additional $20 credit which I was able to use to purchase two new sets of earrings! They were very lovely and responded right away. 10/10 customer service.

Very very small, they fit fine but since they are also very thin it’s almost hard to see, good earring for everyday wear if you don’t like flashy, or for a second piercing.
