Order adjustment / process timing

I would suggest a 12 hour processing time where adjustments can be made. I placed an order for a ring, accidentally put in the wrong size, pushed placed order and immediately went into information asking for an adjustment of the size. There was absolutely no way to make that happen based on your existing purchase procedures, yet it would have relieved a lot of extra work on my part. (Added customer service)
