Simple stress free design - no complicated technology- brews perfectly and leaves no residue in the cups post brewing. Easy to manage. Occupies minimal space. It’s lightweight hence easy to handle. Highly recommend.

Gret Coffee - some components are cheap

Coffee is excellent. The water tank and cone cover is cheap plastic. The cone should have a slightly larger hole so it doesn’t clog so easily. The cone is also cheap plastic. Don’t like drinking coffee brewed through plastic.
