I enjoy Dr. McDougall’s soups as a basic ingredient in my whole food plant-based/batch food plan.

Each soup tastes very good to me in it's own way. I really like the low sodium which gives me the option to add a dash of Celtic sea salt to each soup to make it taste exactly the way I like it. I'll be trying the noodles and other offerings next. Great company IMO. Best to subscribe and save.

These definitely are lower in sodium. A nice switch from regular soups. Good tasting. Would buy again
