The side that i think is supposed to be the upper side bubbles up with air underneath the leather when you snap it together normally with the snaps pointing the corners outward. It works better if you snap it together upside-down with the corners folded into the center, since the bottom's fabric is actually adhered to the internal structure correctly. They still work, but one of the two i ordered was also a bit scratched up and indented, so overall I'm giving 3 stars.

Great materials and easy to assemble, the only thing is that “sharp” dice do make small indents in the leather.
