Great jacket

Lovely jacket which is true to size. It’s very lightweight but incredibly warm. It’s well made with decent hardware. I am very pleased with my purchase

Almost perfect, except the hood

Fantastic design and perfect in every way, except the hood. The body is true to size but cut with a looser fit to allow for layering without having to size up. It has great size adjustment through the waist, and the inner cuff that stops wind is well implemented. The jacket looks stylish and is as warm as would be expected given the insulation used. But the hood is a disaster. The adjuster pulls are tiny, and metal. They look great but they're impossible to use in cold weather if you have gloves on. But cold metal on bare skin is very unpleasant. The hood is large, like it was meant to go over a helmet. It is adjustable, but if you adjust it down, you lose all peripheral vision and the brim covers your face. I've read about people putting a ball cap under the hood to hold the brim up, or pinning the back of the hood up to pull it out of their eyes. Neither "solution" should be necessary for a coat of this price. Personally, I just flip the brim up, which then negates even having it. It's not a deal breaker, and I actually own this jacket in both colors I like it so much, but the oversight on the hood design is really surprising. If you don't need the hood, remove it and the jacket is perfect!
