Good quality hoodie, but ...

The returns process left a LOT to be desired The hoodie wasn't what DD expected, so I paid £6 to return it. I emailed Spark to let them know it was in the post, and received an email stating, they would honour the return*this time* assuming the top has no dog hairs, make up, hasn't been worn etc! And stating as it was an ethical company it basically didn't like returns! I have ordered many things from Spark, and this is the only thing I've returned. The returns process feels VERY begrudging and accusatory. I felt Spark thought they were doing me a favour, when it was merely begrudgingly following the distance selling returns law...
