Loved using this grain and the first brew was a Wet Hop Cascade SMASH IPA to get a good sense of what this grain can do. Kyle’s sustainable grain and my mates homegrown Cascade hops were a great pairing! Very crushable! I’ll be using this malt as a base malt for a few other beers as well, including my next brew which will be a Black IPA.

Hops in red IPA were out of date and liquid yeast packet seemed old with deterioration on its edges. Contacted and received half price refund. oddly no dialogue from beerco just half refund.
