The shoe seemed well-made, but it was not a good fit on my foot. The return process appears to be easy - but I am confused by the charges. It cost me more than $140 to get the shoes. But, I will only be refunded $121. This is annoying. I did not expect to be charged for a handling fee for return on a mail order shoe store, and also to lose the cost of my shipping. It means I will not be trying their products by mail any more.

Super cute and comfy, my only leather shoes that didn’t tear up my heels on the first wear. I have bunions so the opening felt tight around my big toes, but a couple days in a shoe stretcher and now they feel perfect.
