Good product, instructions could use some work

Product is great, however the instructions say to weld the machined hub 4.5" down the shaft. you need to pay close attention that you dont measure off the wrong end of the hub ( as I did) there is no clarification for which side of the hub to measure to or from which end of the shaft... and if I didn't have a lathe it would have been a huge pain to cut the hub off and reweld it dimensioned off the other face. Something like this should really have a diagram with dimensions....
