This is a perfect relish it has a lovely tang without overwhelming the other flavours, almost using it on a daily basis.
It has now become a favorite in our household.

This took me a little while to get my head around at first due to the cumin in the relish, but then I came to enjoy it as it added a bit of character to the relish!!!!!!
